I currently offer chiropractic care out of my home clinic in Midland, while also practicing at Impact Healthcare North in Barrie. My approach combines hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, movement, and education to create personalized care plans tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

Supportive rehabilitation programs designed to help moms reconnect with their bodies, rebuild strength, and feel confident postpartum.

Pregnancy and motherhood place unique demands on the body, and postpartum recovery deserves intentional care and support. My postpartum rehabilitation programs are designed to help women safely return to movement and exercise while building strength, confidence, and body awareness along the way.
