In the Office

Hi, I’m Jenn — a chiropractor passionate about helping people feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies through every stage of life. I have a special interest in women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, paediatrics, and rehabilitation-based care, and I love combining hands-on treatment with movement, exercise, and education to help patients feel their best.

I currently practice out of my home clinic in Midland, while also working at Impact Healthcare North in Barrie. My goal is to create a space where patients feel comfortable, heard, and supported — whether they’re recovering postpartum, managing pain, getting back to movement, or simply wanting to take better care of themselves.

My treatment approach may include:

  • Chiropractic adjustments & mobilizations

  • Soft tissue therapy

  • Acupuncture

  • Rehabilitation exercise

  • Prenatal & postpartum care

  • Pediatric care

  • Movement education & lifestyle support

Alongside chiropractic care, I also offer prenatal and postnatal fitness programming designed to help women feel strong, capable, and supported throughout pregnancy, recovery, and beyond.

outside the Office

Outside of the office, I’m a new mom learning to embrace the beautiful chaos that comes with motherhood — the messy moments, the little wins, the lack of sleep, and everything in between. Becoming a mom gave me a whole new appreciation for the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and caring for little ones, and it deepened my passion for supporting women through those seasons of life with compassion, encouragement, and realism.

When I’m not in the clinic or teaching classes, you can usually find me reading a good book, staying active, golfing, spending time outdoors, or making memories with family and friends. And if I finally get a quiet moment to myself, there’s a good chance I’m curled up on the couch watching the latest season of 90 Day Fiancé. I truly believe movement, connection, laughter, and feeling supported are such important parts of overall wellness — and I hope patients feel that same sense of comfort and encouragement when they work with me.
