Mommy & Me Fitness Classes Midland

Mommy & Me Fitness Classes are designed for moms who want to move, build strength, and prioritize their health — without needing to arrange childcare.

Led by Dr. Jenn O’Neill, chiropractor, women’s health practitioner, strength coach and mom, these classes combine strength training, mobility, pelvic floor and core connection, and functional movement in a welcoming, child-friendly environment.

Come with your baby, toddler, or child — or come on your own. Kids are welcome, but not required.

Build strength. Improve mobility. Connect with other local moms. Move your body in a way that supports the realities of motherhood.

Class Details

Location: CrossFit Driven
375 William St, Midland, ON L4R 2S4

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Instructor: Dr. Jenn O’Neill, Chiropractor

Who: Moms at any stage of motherhood

Fitness Level: Beginner-friendly, with modifications for all levels

Pricing: 4 week series (8 sessions over 4 weeks)

  • 2x a week: $160 (taxes included)

  • 1x a week: $80 (taxes included)

  • Drop-in rate: $22/class

What to Expect

Each class includes a mix of:

  • Full-body strength training

  • Mobility and flexibility work

  • Pelvic floor and core connection

  • Functional movements for everyday motherhood

  • Breathing and posture education

  • Exercise modifications for all fitness levels

  • A supportive community of local moms

This is a realistic, judgment-free fitness class. Need to feed your baby? Take a break. Have a toddler who needs a cuddle? No problem. Want to bring the stroller inside? Absolutely.

We will have toys available for babies and children, and you are welcome to bring any favourite toys, snacks, or comfort items from home.

Pelvic Floor & Core Connection

These classes include pelvic floor-informed exercise and education to help you better understand how your breathing, posture, core, and pelvic floor work together.

You’ll learn how to move with more confidence during strength training, lifting, carrying, babywearing, and the daily physical demands of motherhood.

This class is not a replacement for individualized pelvic floor physiotherapy or medical care, but it is designed with pelvic floor and core health in mind.

Bring Your Kids — Or Don’t!

One of the biggest barriers to exercise for moms is childcare. These classes are designed to remove that barrier.

Babies and children are welcome to play, observe, snack, nap, or stay close while you exercise. Exercises can be modified if you are babywearing, holding your baby, or needing to pause to care for your child.

You are also completely welcome to attend without your children.

What to Bring

  • Water bottle

  • Indoor shoes

  • Anything your child may need during class, if they are attending (bottle, snacks, diapers, wipes, stroller!). Forget something? No worries - we got you covered!
